Internship/temp position

Internship and or temporary position with Haggar in regards to Sourcing.  Haggar is looking for temporary and or interns to help and assist with day to day task in our Sourcing department.  

Sourcing entails the following department:

Product Development pre production and during production,

• Pre production – daily development with our design team to ensure trims/fabrics/packaging is in line with our current development for the season.  WEB PDM and BC to build tech pack and BOMs for the vendors to work with for costing and sample purposes
• Post production – working with vendors to ensure quality throughout the production process.  Working in WEB PDM and BC systems.
•  Assisting managers with emails, mailing out going and incoming, spreadsheets.

Production teams are involved with correspondence with oversea vendors, capacity, deadline and all aspects in timing and cost with the product.

• Costing and spreadsheets
•  WIP reports

Tech department

• Assisting in measuring and evaluating sample
• Helping with building packaging placement on garments

Color

• Assisting with reading color
• Shading
• Filing
• Mail
