I was asked by Koshka and Bloglovin' to take part in a fun collaboration with some of my favorite bloggers where I was asked to style a shoot with my favorite item from Koshka, which is this Tsumori Chisato Hoodie, the hoodie has a cape like feel to it and totally inspired me to play "little red uhm black riding hood" in the shoot... hmmmm winter fairy tales...

I really can't tell you how much I love this dress except that its the only thing I want to wear right now hahah it's really perfect :)

Experience in Junior’s design and specialty retail is a plus. Must be a team player with proven organizational, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Be experienced with communication to overseas vendors and factories. Must be proficiency in Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, In Design and Adobe Photoshop. Flexible schedule to work additional hours as needed. Be available to travel.

New Oh Nena! Headpiece

I'm Wearing; Oh Nena! headband, Vintage fur coat, Mary Frances dilly-dally bag, Martin Margiela boots

Oh Nena! sent me this headband in beige to play around with styling it. The headpiece is a beautiful mix of soft fabrics, mesh fringes with metal beads and feathers and I'm actually not wearing it how its supposed to be (I'm wearing it upside down) but that's the reason I love hair accessories so much; there is always a way to really make it your own!

The video and editing are so beautiful. Danny creates illuminating magic in everything he does; designing, drawing, painting, photography and video.

Students Won the DFW Burlesque Fashion Design Contest

Congratulation to Senior student Christine Tran and Junior student Cassie Bumpous for winning the Burlesque Fashion Design Contest. The news was announced on November 29. Each winner received two tickets to the show, the movie Soundtrack, a "Burlesque" T-shirt, a makeup kit from Smashbox cosmetics, and a movie poster.

I love to wear romantic (flowery) pieces and summer slips in Winter so I simply layer them with warm knits and wear warm cozy leggings underneath!

I'm totally busy with Christmas shopping and decorating the tree became an continuously project since I had the clever idea to really over-stuff it with balls, it looks petty amazing so far but I've run out of balls and the ones I like are about 4 euros a piece and not cat proof :( (yes the cats like to climb the tree) so maybe I have to buy some plastic balls for the bottom of the tree tomorrow... (will post some pictures soon)

Navajo inspired

I'm wearing; H&M dress (a few season's ago summer dress), velvet jacket

I'm totally loving (like everyone else) the Navajo printed blankets and cardigan coats,
I spent yesterday hours browsing online to find original Navajo blankets "cardigans" instead of the inspired prints but no luck so far :( ( I'll keep on looking though, to find my perfect blanket...)

As for the inspired-by-Navajo cadigans/cloaks, these do warm my heart; Opening Ceremony cardigan, American Archive's amazing cardigans, Lindsey Thornburg at Bona Drag and BlackMarketBaby's cloaks.
